Across our care homes and services, residents had a wonderful time enjoying a mixture of fun activities and celebrations last month. Here are our 2024 September highlights:

Mad Hatter’s Tea Party a tea-mendous success at Essex care home

At New Copford Place, our Colchester-based residential care home, the team hosted a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party for residents to celebrate this year’s Afternoon Tea Week.

Woking Football Club delivers football to residents

The ‘Beautiful Game’ has kicked off at Bernard Sunley, our Woking-based residential, nursing and dementia care home, with weekly exercise and team building sessions delivered by Cardinals in the Community, the charitable arm of Woking Football Club.

At Redcot, our residential care home in Haslemere, Surrey, residents have had a tea-riffic time celebrating this year’s Afternoon Tea Week, with a Ritz-style flapper tea party.

Super Sebastian smashes Surrey Half Marathon

A huge congratulations and thank you to Sebastian, who ran the Surrey Half Marathon to raise money for our Woking Day Care service. As a volunteer at the service, Sebastian has not only given his time to support our clients, but raised an incredible £1,210.

Residents from Redcot, our residential care home in Haslemere, Surrey, had a magical, ‘Over the Rainbow’ time visiting Haslemere Hall to see the latest production of the classic tale, The Wizard of Oz.
