Help older people through the cold months ahead
“For some people it has become heat or eat and I would have been the same without your help.” Grant recipient, Josie, 71.
When winter takes hold and heating bills soar, your support offers comfort and hope to vulnerable older people like Josie, who have nowhere else to turn.
Many of the older people we support are lonely or live alone. The cost-of-living crisis has made an already difficult situation feel desperate. Some older people cannot even afford a warm coat or a duvet for the winter.
A gift today may help someone not have to decide between heating their home or having a hot meal. Click here to read more about Josie’s story.
