Woking Day Care in Surrey has a wide range of daily activities on offer to suit people’s interests and preferences.
Our compassionate team are trained to support people with dementia and we provide a range of activities that encourage social interaction and wellbeing. This includes our recently installed Tovertafel (‘Magic Table’ in Dutch), an innovation from the Netherlands, that contains a series of games designed specifically for people living with mid to late stage dementia.
The Table was created to encourage participation and engagement and stimulate people both physically and socially. It can be played independently or in groups.
People who attend the centre can enjoy a light breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Our staffs ensure that a balanced and nutritious diet is maintained.

The service’s opening times are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and you can choose to come along for a full day or several days a week.
Our Woking Day Care centre is located just 1 mile from Woking railway station.
What can you expect?
Everyone who attends our services are welcomed to the daily activities built around individual preferences.
You have the option how you will spend the day with us, with a wide range of activities available, which our team can plan around your hobbies and interest. These can range from helping out in the garden, planning outings, baking treats for everyone to enjoy or simply quietly reading of a book of your choice.
