Paul Foster

Paul joined the Friends of the Elderly Board of Trustees in February 2021.

Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty-five years of experience planning, creating, and operating built assets.
Paul was previously a senior executive with ARCADIS, a leading global engineering and programme management firm, and is a Director of Castleoak, a specialist developer of later living accommodation.

Additionally, he is also Chair of Carlton, a transformation and ESG consultancy, a Director of Lexica, a specialist healthcare and life sciences management consultancy, and a Director of Alliance Homes, a social housing provider.

Paul’s other voluntary roles include being a member of the Board of the Royal Hospital Chelsea where he is Chair of the Estates Committee and is a member of the Finance and General Purposes Committee.

He is a Colonel in the British Army Reserves.

Paul sits on Friends of the Elderly’s Resources and Investment Committee and Audit and Risk Committees. He is also a director of FotE Group subsidiary Potential Limited.
