Lindsay joined the board of Friends of the Elderly in May 2024.
She is Head of Social Care Content at Quality Compliance Systems, a leading digital provider of compliance management software, policies and procedures in the UK.
At QCS, she leverages her extensive operational knowledge to drive quality and innovation. Lindsay is a qualified adult nurse. After leaving the NHS where she worked in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, she enjoyed 17 years of senior leadership experience in adult social care.
She has had a wide range of operational leadership roles, including registered manager, regional support manager, regional clinical quality manager, head of quality, and director of health. Lindsay’s expertise spans commercial operational leadership, clinical governance, quality assurance, and quality improvement in nursing homes.
She is dedicated to leading, supporting, and mentoring teams to deliver exceptionally high standards of care in social care settings.
Lindsay sits on Friends of the Elderly’s Service Delivery Committee.
